After a very sedentary childhood, in adolescence I started to get interested in the world of exercise. I began to read, inform myself and put into practice what I thought would help me to progress in terms of physical abilities, but I did not leave the typical gym torso-leg training, poorly planned due to my lack of knowledge, so I never got results .

After trying a couple of “coaches” who did not offer a well done job, I admit that I distrusted a bit of the quality of the service that they could offer me at Enso Movers. A couple of weeks with them were enough to see that they were not the same as the rest. And not because they had the key to get fit without effort, but because their implication and because you realise that the world of training, nutrition and everything that brings quality of life, is something that they love, and they transmit that from the very beginning.

When I started with them, I was struck by the type of exercises they proposed, since they went beyond what was usual for me, especially those for working on mobility, power and balance. And in Enso Movers they are not satisfied with making you strong, but they puta lot of value to the development of the multiple capabilities of the human body.

Over time I discovered that their knowledge was not limited only to training, but also biomechanics, physiology, biochemistry and nutrition, among other things.

I also really liked the community they have built, with whom I can share achievements, doubts and sometimes contribute something based on my knowledge. This, along with the fact that I have to prepare a diary after each training explaining how the session has gone, makes me more committed with myself and with them, it makes me strive more and skip less training sessions.

Regarding to the training, it is based on the objectives that I indicated in the initial interview, and it is amazing because they know quite accurately how far they can demand for maximum progress without the appearance of injuries. On the other hand, they also offer the opportunity to create their own opinion through their infotec, which contains articles from disciplines such as training, nutrition and physiotherapy, among others.

Despite the inestimable help of the teachers at Enso Movers, I am clear that all the progress of these 3 months has required a lot of effort, perseverance and discipline on my part.

Finally, a very important thing is that I have never felt alone during the process, since they have always been there, not only to guide me, but also to accompany me. I still have a long way to go and I hope I can do it with their help, just as they have helped me by now.
