Enso Movers was born with the idea of making a paradigm shift in the area of the physical exercise, considering training as a human need.
By simple evolution we are meant to move. However, current society doesn’t encourage it. We work sitting for hours just to go back home and relax (seated, of course). This dissociation between what we do and what we are meant to do makes us have serious problems, and not only a physiological level. It modifies our sleep patterns, nutrition, makes us mentally weaker and causes a bad feeling about ourselves. It makes us fragile.
Our point of view to solve these problems starts with the use of movement as if it were food. When you are hungry, you need to eat, you need something that nourish you, not only something that fills your stomach. When it comes to your training, the same thing happens. You need to move. And you need to do it in a complex way, with variety, making use of the human body’s versatility. Using the equivalent in movement for “fast food”, which would be training at the conventional “Globo Gyms”.
In order to make a training that satisfies your needs as a human being, we first repair the damages produced by no-movement years, even some damages that you may not be aware of. We rehabilitate everything, from your toes to your cervical vertebrae, each and every articulation of the body needs to nourish and be able to move free of pain.
Once we have archived this, we start to develop a succession of abilities and basic skills to be able to move. The strength and mobility training in every possible level will enable you to build an anti-fragile body, able to handle any stimulus, even if it has never been carried out. This, combined with basic acrobatics, starting from zero with all the needed progressions, and other skills such as handstands will give us freedom. Freedom to do whatever we want: running, jumping, climbing, doing martial arts, playing, dancing, … This way the only difficulty to learn a new sport or doing an activity will be the skill learning in itself, without physical restrictions.
